Exchange Policy for Ordering the Wrong Size:

We understand that ordering the wrong size can happen. If you find yourself in this situation, our exchange policy is designed to facilitate a smooth process for you.

• Unfortunately, right now we cannot accept refunds, but we could do an exchange or store credit if you ordered the wrong size!
• You may exchange any item within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.
• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email or on instagram @kikisattire
• Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs which total $25
